    Why are the Flag Patches the way they are

    It's only a minimal cosmetic question but why are some Flag Patches actual flags and others are a weird Crest? The Crest doesn't fit whatsoever and just looks very odd. Couldn't they have just made them normal Flags like they did with some? And why are so many countries still not there? I feel like especially with Nomad's prior deployments a Ukrainian Patch would be in order.

    Seriously, it would make sense and would make the gameworld more living.

    Most side missions dont male sense when civilians are under arrest, also with the end of season 3 it would make sense when game gets a bit more easier on the civilians.

    Also ubisoft let us drive around less likely to be detected its a no brainer really.

    I'm trying to do echelon class level 13 challenges, hit 6 headshots in 40 seconds in camp phoenix and I was wondering if the six headshots need to be done in exactly 40 seconds or can it be 40 or less seconds?
