    Ubisoft, you're supposed to keep in touch with us, tell us what's going on with the game you convinced it's to buy, the game you promised continuous support and content for. Yet you hide your heads in the sand while we struggle and grow frustrated trying to remain patient and attempting to enjoy the broken, unfinished beta test you charged us full price for. You ignore us, while giving weekly if not daily updates to other games in your lineup. You release patches that break more than they fix. You asked us "what's your Breakpoint" and then ignored us when we told you we'd passed it. It's almost the end of the first year, and we've already been told we won't be getting a rather large piece of content we paid for in the form of a second raid, and it's quickly looking like we won't recieve episode 3 anything close to "on time" if we even get it prior to the end of year one at all.

    I think I speak for a lot of us when I say we're tired of being ignored. We're tired of being shelved. It's not asking too much for regular status updates, for actual communication. Even if it's just a short post of "hey guys, we're still working on x, just hang in there!" It would be worlds better than radio silence. Even developers that are blatantly open about how little they care about their customers, like Activision and EA, have more communication than you do. We're not asking for Zoom meetings and Livestreams, we just ask that while you're already sitting at your computer, supposedly working on this game you "care so much about" that you take a minute to check in, tell us you're alive, that we're not holding our breath in vain. It's not too much to ask.

    "Timed exclusive" rewards of weapons and gear need to go. That kind of free-to-play "game as a service" mechanic has no place in a game that is bought and paid for. Get rid of it and make previous rewards obtainable.
