- Seeing rappel mechanics in the Last of Us 2 trailer is heartbreaking, this game could have made serious strides in gameplay but instead we got a tired bullshit formula with basically no innovation and even less meaningful experiences than Wildlands. Also, man that bandana looks like trash.

- Got breakpoint yesterday. Considering that the villain is played by Jon Bernthal(punisher), I naturally based my Nomad on Ben Barnes(Billy Russo). Specifically his outfit in the final battle of season 1.

- Would you agree that a combination of Breakpoint mechanics with a Wildlands environment be something worth making?

- Is Ghost Recon: Wildlands pretty much guaranteed to be backwards compatible on the PS5? Like does anyone think it might actually not be?
- What was your longest range kill with a weapon other than a Sniper Rifle? A while back I landed a 914m shot with a 416 standard equipped with an ACOG and M203 without suppressor. What where some of your longest kill shots recorded?

Posted: 30 May 2020 10:55 AM PDT Just deleted it from my dashboard and won't be returning until AI teammates at least. That said this game could be brought back to life with meaningful additions to gameplay. More options for world traversal; rappel out of a chopper would be a holy grail. A complete overhaul of gunsmith which I believe is coming, but holy fuck I can't change the stock on anything? And I can change the barrel on like 2 guns? Weak. Also for a game that supposedly takes place AFTER future soldier, it's completely lacking in any sort of future tech. The sensor grenades are futurey but also completely uninspired. There's also almost zero connection between player/story progression and how you interact with the world. That's like game design 101 and when you don't get it right you create a massive game world that feels like a slog to go through. If I just beat the entire campaign I should feel like the world I'm in is quantifiably and observably different. There is also no excuse for them to not be porting the massive amount of guns/items from Wildlands. Just my two cents and hopefully Ubi has some serious content coming this summer. one approach to game difficulty: don't increase enemy health (bullet sponginess) Posted: 30 May 2020 12:48 PM PDT Text from article: In a new interview with Ghost of Tsushima director Nate Fox over on the PlayStation Blog, it's revealed that no matter which difficulty you play the game on -- easy, normal, or hard -- your opponents will never be shrugging off your attacks as if they're nothing. This is because the health of your enemies is never increased -- Jin's sword is just as deadly on hard as it is on easy. "No matter which difficulty players choose we never increase the health of enemies; this is to maintain the lethality of the katana. Our combat is all about the player's skill," says Fox. Quite frankly, we love this approach. So many games simply pump up enemy health on hard difficulties, turning your foes into total bullet sponges. In Ghost of Tsushima, your opponents will act differently, Fox explains: "On hard, the game is fair, but very challenging. Mongols are more aggressive, and players must be precise to pull off extraordinary moves." [link] [comments]

PS4 - Breakpoint - Sorry if posting wrong spot - need 1 Posted: 30 May 2020 03:38 PM PDT About us: We are 3 super chill dudes in our 30s who will be drinking, smoking weed, and making dumb jokes. We have two medics and an assault. We also excel and destroying everything. None of us have done the raid but we are pumped to get into it. Here's an example of how one of the guys wanted to word this: "Three long dick dudes lookin for other likeminded mega sizers to take on the raid." So yeah. What we are looking for: Be chill. Don't be a creep. Don't be a racist. Don't be a rage case. Have some beers with us and lets do this. We're starting at 8! [link] [comments]
Posted: 30 May 2020 02:31 PM PDT Is everyone that plays Ghost War in Breakpoint a moron? Like camping in a sniper tower or reviving my in front of the enemy. Isn't that basic training? Is that to hard for some people? Also, why is it when I join a match there are ALWAYS the same people? Are only 20 people playing this? I just wanne do the missions and get the rewards. Its a terrible grind. [link] [comments]

Posted: 30 May 2020 12:08 PM PDT I've tried to kill Walker with a full groups and alone with a crazy range of weapons and I just keep getting wrecked. It doesn't even matter if I have my gear score on or off and I'm like 220. What am I doing wrong? Any tips? [link] [comments]
Hey Ghost's, How do you like TC's Ghost Recon Breakpoint and DLC's? Posted: 30 May 2020 01:25 AM PDT The title says it all. I'm curious about your thoughts and reactions to the game and the added content as well. I am new to the game and I have been Exploring the landscape and ranking up as I go along. It's fun but I do miss Wildlands from time to time. [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 May 2020 09:28 PM PDT It'sy favorite game of the generation so I really hope that it's backwards compatible! [link] [comments]
