Take note Ubisoft. r/StarWarsBattlefront community manager got nearly 5000 upvotes after he posted about his promotion and loads of comments wishing him well. Why? Because his level of engagement, feedback and management has been top notch. The sub respect his dedication from the beginning.

When I Think The Immersive Mode Will Drop

    Posted: 20 Feb 2020 09:50 AM PST

So I've looked at the roadmap, and both for the Terminator event and the Immersive mode they said at the end of a month it would drop. The Terminator event dropped January 27th with information and came out two days later on the 29th. This will likely happen with the immersive mode as well, we will likely get information next week about it and it will drop a few days after.

I don't think they are gonna cancel it or delay it, Ubisoft is just really bad at letting the community know when information is coming for an update. Unless we are super lucky and get information by the end of this week, but I don't think that's likely.

Anybody else wish you had Sam Fisher’s blade skills that were quicker and sickeningly brutal in splinter cell?

If the series will continue as a looter shooter, Redstorm needs to be in charge of development

    Posted: 20 Feb 2020 07:27 AM PST

They have plenty of experience with The Division series, and they were also behind the pre-Wildlands Ghost Recon games (which I hear are better titles), so it only makes sense.

....now personally I'd rather the series NOT continue as a looter shooter, but we know that's probably not going to happen.

Looking at picking up GR: Breakpoint. Worth?

    Posted: 20 Feb 2020 08:00 AM PST

Reading a lot of older reviews, there's a big criticism of game breaking bugs and issues with the cover system. Personally, I have 0 patience for buggy cover and handling issues in games. Have they been fixed? Is this a game worth jumping into?

Immersive Mode is probably the OTT without gear score

    Posted: 20 Feb 2020 12:04 AM PST

I didn't play the OTT but enough leaked out to make it clear the game was hard core... the whole opening mission was way harder with you being hunted right away. Injuries were more common, stamina was something you needed to pay attention to, and enemies were harder, detecting you at further distances and just being more aggressive and effective. But apparently, too many cry babies complained the game was too hard, so the game we got at launch was a radically toned down version for toddlers.

Who else thinks the Immersion Mode is going to be going back to the OTT without loot?

    Who here would welcome it?

I certainly would. Make this mode fucking hard.
