No Access to Year 1 Classes - Updated Posted: 14 Apr 2020 02:47 PM PDT First of all, here is our main forum thread that we have been using to keep players informed: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...w-Class-Access Now that this issue is resolved, we wanted to now cover any remaining questions! The issue Classes Engineer & Echelon were to be released early to Year 1 Pass owners on 24th March, however we soon realised there was a configuration issue and the classes were inaccessible to some players. New save files worked fine, but they were locked to existing save files.Early access ended on 31st March and existing saves were still unable to access the classes. When was this issue resolved?. PC: 14/04/2020 PS4 | XB1 | Stadia: An update is to be released on 15/04/2020 which should resolve this issue I was unable to access these classes, will I be compensated in any way? Yes! We want to make it up to all affected players, which includes those of you wanting to play the classes from 31st March onwards. This is the compensation plan (also found in the forum thread mentioned above) - Compensation wave 1 - Year 1 Pass Owners Y1P owners whose early access was affected by this issue will be receiving the following compensation to their accounts this week: • 600 Ghost Coins • 2000 Skell Credits Compensation wave 2 - Players Affected after March 31 (including Year 1 Pass Owners) As we said, we will be tracking the accounts affected by this issue until we have implemented a fix. After the fix is live we will grant the affected accounts: • 600 Ghost Coins • 2000 Skell Credits This means that the Year 1 Pass Owners affected at the end of both waves will receive a total of: • 1200 Ghost Coins • 4000 Skell Credits I didn't receive the compensation I was eligible for, what do I do? Not to worry, we've got your back. Here we go - Compensation wave 1: This was distributed to all affected players on 2nd April. If you have owned the Year 1 Pass since before 31st March and you did not receive your compensation, please contact Ubisoft Support here: https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New/ - We will review your account to determine eligibility and escalate your support case to the Ghost Recon Breakpoint team. Compensation wave 2: This has not been distributed yet. We want to first make sure the issue is first resolved on all platforms before going ahead with this. I can't always have an internet connection and even when I do it's awful. PLENTY of games have an offline only mode. Some ubisoft games themselves have it. For example, maybe if the sentinel sniper hood was added, you have to get a certain number of long range kills in a row or something to unlock it.
