Ghost Recon - Super rare takedown animation! |
- Super rare takedown animation!
- Meanwhile at Ubisoft
- Why are we always using the same handgun in cutscenes? What is this, Resident Evil 5?
- Thanks Ubisoft. Multicam is all I ever dreamt of. (British Paratrooper)
- Why do I even do stealth extract missions when the game spawns helicopters that get behind me no matter what?
- Shoutout to everyone who still gets chills from this!
- It's been said before, but not being able to suppress certain gun variants makes them useless to panthers.
- Ladies and Gentlemen; we got’em
- So Holt’s legs seemed to have healed?
- A step in the right direction
- For a couple of seconds I literally thought that this was an undiscovered bivouac.
- Played Arma 3, Ubisoft should do too.
- Meanwhile in Bolivia: "... all of that, and a bag of chips"
- Kneepads, Weapon Holster and Battle Belt cams/colors
- Just me, or do the Jeans look a bit off?
- What in the world? I have already completed this mission, LITERALLY, the first mission of the game, and I have to do it again.
- Mag Check: It’s a simple idle animation but it does make your character seem like he’s actually thinking about what he’s doing.
- G3 shirt still locked behind a $7.50(aud) paywall. GG.
- I seem to be missing my third big faction quest, so will miss 50 bp
- new idea for future ghost recons
- Technically this is the foyer, so I think we will get our security deposit back
- 101st vibes
- It looks as if Breakpoints gunsmith was originally meant to be MORE in depth than that of Wildlands.... explanation in comments

Posted: 05 Nov 2019 01:03 PM PST It doesn't matter if you get spotted or not, once you got a target out of a base the game spawns helicopters that chase you. That is such a stupid mechanic. WHY on earth would there be a helicopter chasing me if NO FUCKING ONE knows that I was there? [link] [comments]

Posted: 05 Nov 2019 09:49 AM PST I got the blueprint for the 416 Assault Special in a battle crate. Great stats, and awesome looking gun I can't use as a Panther main, because I cannot attach a suppressor to it. And it makes me sad. :( [link] [comments]

Played Arma 3, Ubisoft should do too. Posted: 05 Nov 2019 02:51 PM PST Plain and simple. I´ve returned once again to Arma III, and seriously it has some cool features. I am not suggesting that Ghost Recon should go that way (even if the original Ghost Recon from 2001 was a launched as adirect competitor to Operation Flashpoint). But what I am saying is that there are good RPG elements there, such as how you decide your loadout, how you progress through missions etc. Apex expansion showed how you could make this work in a 4 player campaign. And it has a community that is updating it. I get that the level of realism of Arma-series is not what most Ghost Recon players are looking for. And to be honest I was really looking forward to see Breakpoints version of survival etc (haven't bought the game for obvious reasons), and I did enjoy Wildlands immensly with 3 re-runs of it`s campaign. I even liked Wildlands campaign more when I put into contrast with the Tom Clancy movie, "Clear and present danger" as well as homeland (Bowman is Carrie obviously) and also the semi-Far Cry take on it´s main villain and its faction. It suited me perfectly. I disliked some of the more GTA-ish elements of getting around and about in "Bolivia", and I did not really like the skill tree because it was so far of from what the game was trying to portrait and I felt side-missions could have more substance and be more relatable to what it unlocked. The thing is, Far Cry 5 showed the way for example with an AI that could fly, drive etc so AI could be included from the start if the developers had priotized it. It even had a understandable skill tree that wasn`t that "far off". Playing the Breakpoint beta and seeing the way Breakpoint evolved and then seeing Far Cry New Dawn with RPG-lite mechanics, and then hearing that this is now the standard of Ubi-games no matter what. Even graphics can`t make up for a souless game. Just because The Witcher 3 went home amazingly well with critics because of it successfully managed to create a gamelay that was something in between Assassin's Creed and Skyrim doesn´t mean that W3 core-mechanics works for every game. And Arma 3, if you are into titles such as SWAT3, OP:FP, orginal GR, R6 and so on had soul because they tried to be something original. Arma 3 succeeds in carrying that forward. There is no need for Ubi to copy Arma3 the way they have tried to copy Witcher 3 mechanics though. But seriously a few steps in another direction, mashing up some of the good things about Wildlands with some Arma3 mechanics and you would have a seriously good follow-up to Wildlands that was easy to access and also quite original. I´m looking forward to the more radical Breakpoint that is coming in a future update. Then I´ll probably be buying it. In the meantime I have Arma 3 to re-run ;) [link] [comments]

Kneepads, Weapon Holster and Battle Belt cams/colors Posted: 05 Nov 2019 10:30 AM PST Ubi please let us customise cams on kneedpads, weapon holsters and battle belts. I would to have black kneedpads and Weapon Holster on a standard multicam, black battle belt, but olive green vest. I'm sure others will love to customize their settup as well. [link] [comments]

G3 shirt still locked behind a $7.50(aud) paywall. GG. Posted: 05 Nov 2019 01:16 PM PST As above. Bootlickers gonna defend Ubi but we all payed $70 in good faith and got half of Wildlands content plus an arbitrary gearscore system literally nobody asked for. If this magic shirt absolutely must be locked behind a paywall, at least give us some generic skate shop elbow pads and a non branded long sleeve shirt you cheap fucks. [link] [comments]

new idea for future ghost recons Posted: 05 Nov 2019 11:48 AM PST First of all: I'm not an oldschool Ghost Recon fan. I've played future soldier and wildlands. I was quite interested in Breakpoint, but i think, besides of loot-grind, microtransactions and all that it has another problem: this fictional island feels just like that - totally fictional. The Problem is, you need a lot of different climate zones, biomes and stuff to keep it interesting and let the players feel like they can take part in different modern warfare scenarios. But i think it hurts the immersion and the believabality of this huge open world. So why dont turn back to smaller maps: I'm talking about real places, which are as big as the provinces in wildlands, but denser, with more love to detail. You can have there special missions - little Stories for there own. One example: I've watched Clear and Present Danger with Harrison Ford - a Tom Clancy Movie. In it a spec ops unit is sent to south america to fight against a drug cartell. Later they are getting betrayed and have to fight for their lives - a game wich would implement this could do drastic turns. You start as the hunter with airsupport, satellite reconnaissance and so on, but after you being betrayed, you are on your own and you become the prey. A drastic turn for a game - less so for a part of a game. This would give the opportunity to be more consequent with ideas, like survival elements, without being to harsh for the casual gamers. What i want to say: Within a single map, one of maybe 5 maps in a game, the devs could be more experimentel, they could provide different little stories, with their own gameplay effects. Longlivity could be reached through a mission editor: The gamers have those cool designed little sandboxes and can create their own missions. And if they want to follow the part of games as a service, this would work to - every 2-3 months they bring out a new map, with a special little campagne (3 hours or so), cosmetics, weapons and so on. They could do polls to see what the players want. What you gus think? ps.: sorry for my bad english... [link] [comments]
