    OG Ghost Recon, redux

    So, I'm an old (extremely casual) Ghost Recon grognard, who has but one dream: either a new game in the series that's actually like OG Ghost Recon (command maps, full control/kitting for AI squadmates, ability to control AI squaddies at any time), or, shit - just mod the original game into a current engine (Frostbite? For extra destruction/deformation?).

    I'd even welcome full 3D weapons models!

    Jarring experience discussion

    When you get to the last mission of episode 2 for breakpoint...... Stealth part of the mission I loved, your contact with you on the mission (you know the awesome dude of whom I speak), sneaking through the base disabling the SAM sites etc, absolutely blinding.

    UNTIL the last jarring part where you have to fight various bits of fast moving metal.... For the LOVE OF GOD WHY did ubisoft think that was a good idea?

    I WAS PROPER STEALTHING EVERYTHING AND IT WAS AMAZING.

    I love breakpoint. I honestly do. If the breakpoint mechanics were in Wildlands, fantastic.

    Why do ubisoft KEEP dropping the ball on these franchises, I played rainbow 6 as a kid and every game since. The gaming industry does not need anymore battle royales but decent story driven multiplayer or single player experiences THAT ARE NOT level based IF they are something LIKE a ghost recon game.

    This isn't a moan, more a point to raise a discussion. How do y'all feel on the subject.
