    Why Ubisoft ?

    Posted: 20 Mar 2021 12:18 AM PDT

UbiParis, please understand this: No. More. Crossovers.

    Posted: 20 Mar 2021 02:13 PM PDT

Splinter Cell, Siege, Predator, Terminator, Splinter Cell *again*, Siege *again*, and now? Tomb Raider.

I can't speak for everyone, but I can guess a lot of us feel this way: We are exhausted by the crossovers. We are frustrated by the crossovers. We are done with the crossovers. Why? Because we've grown very tired of seeing Ghost Recon, a franchise a lot of us held dear, used as nothing more than bait for people who wouldn't otherwise care about Ghost Recon. We're tired of constantly having to take a back seat to other IPs being shoved into Ghost Recon games. We're tired of the absurd crap you pull in the stories to justify these things. We're tired of the outstandingly awful communication between Devs and us. We're tired of being told "Soon", that we'll finally get Ghost Recon focused content, only to wait three weeks for a damn crossover announcement that you couldn't even announce yourselves. We're tired of feeling like being put in the backburner thanks to your terrible communication. What do we want? It's excruciatingly simple. If you really are listening, if you really do have something for us, *SHOW US*, stop telling us. Above all else though, *PLEASE STOP THE CROSSOVERS* and please focus solely on Ghost Recon centered content. Regardless of the scale of this Tomb Raider crossover, the fact remains that this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Ghost Recon should not treated as a platform for other IPs to step all over. Ghost Recon needs to stand on it's own again, else you risk sending it down an even deeper path of identity crisis and decline. And if a majority of Year 2's content consists of crossovers, I would strongly recommend going back to the drawing board. You can tell us you've got more to come all you'd like, but we can only judge what we see, and what we see is the worst possible first impression of Year 2. Fans are frustrated, don't hide from it. Instead, listen. And I mean *really* listen to us, not a canned response of "We hear you", but take the time to consider the cause of this whole backlash, look inward, and learn from it. We've been here before, do something to change that.

I’m new to the Ghost Recon series and this was the furthest shot I landed so far, excuse the first few missed shots

You all need to ask the Ubisoft devs for a salt shaker attachment for the game. That's if they even bother to come here anymore.

    Posted: 20 Mar 2021 07:03 AM PDT

What do we want? More content! But just not that content.

My god it's worse than the Destiny sub in terms of self entitlement. They are literally adding in more content for another year or so after over a year of fantastic content that you all asked for, to bring the game more in line with expectations.

And now they announce the very first set of content, which happens to be a crossover with Tomb Raider, one of the most successful IPs at the moment regardless of who owns it, and you're all kicking off about it! We don't even know what this content is yet! It could be just some random bits of gear, or even a full mission.

If I were a Ubisoft Dev I wouldn't even bother coming to this sub anymore, it's toxic.

Complaining about every. Single. Piece. of. Content. Moaning that the games gear additions don't properly reflect the real world counterparts down to the individual molecule.

"We really should be able to add on this glove piece from the 1985/86 SAS incursion into the Congo, you know the one that Sargent Miller wore that one time, without it this game is totally unrealistic"

Quick reality check for you all, it's a video game not a US army combat simulator/training aid.

Edit: Corrected the Tomb Raider being owned by Ubisoft part

    Does Breakpoint just hate LMGs?

    Posted: 20 Mar 2021 05:57 PM PDT

I never really ran them, picked up a few today and they all have ridiculous horizontal recoil. Only one that can be somewhat full auto'd is the T95 but that has a small mag so you may as well run an AR.

I get that bullet hoses are OP in this game but just give it more aggressive vertical instead of the stupid side to side like the stoner has...

Just started a few days ago and not really noticing. I have +20 and +80 from Panther and equipped skill, but when I remove them I don't notice any difference.
