    This is my take on what the gunsmith should end up like by the time support is done for Breakpoint. It isn't much in terms of looks, but I go over every category and also give some examples of standard attachments for most new categories. I tried to add every basic thing I could think of, while still keeping it plausible to be added without a ton of time and work being required.

    Variants

    Remove the variants. Most of them only differ in the barrels and stocks. All of these options could be added into the gunsmith to let us make them with additional changes.

    Appearance

    Many stock, laser, grip, and muzzle attachments can have their appearance changed to one of the other options, while keeping the stats, provided the functionality is the same. (Example: You can change a Rangefinder to a Flashlight or a Foregrip to a UGL.)

    Attachments:

    Stock:

    Heavy stock: Pro: Sway, recoil, and moving stability. Con: ADS Speed and mobility.

    Folded/No stock: Pro: Mobility and ADS speed. Con: Recoil, sway, and moving stability.

    Improved Stock- Pro: Mobility and sway. Con: None.

    CQC Stock- Pro: ADS speed and mobility. Con: Moving stability and sway.

    *All stocks that can fold or collapse will when placed on your back or while used in a vehicle, whether that version is chosen or not.

    Grip Tape:

    Rubber Tape: Pro: Sway and horizontal recoil. Con: None.

    Granulated Tape: Pro: Vertical recoil and ADS speed. Con: None.

    Stippled Tape: Pro: Hip fire recoil, hip fire accuracy, and moving stability. Con: None.

    Trigger:

    Standard Trigger: Pro: None. Con: None.

    Match Trigger: Pro: Accuracy. Con: None.

    Double Stage Trigger: Pro: Stability. Con: None.

    Fire Mode:

    Semi/Burst: No Change.

    Semi/Full: No Change.

    Burst/Full: No Change.

    Semi/Burst/Full No Change.

    Gas System

    Under Gassed: Pro: Stability and accuracy. Con: Fire rate.

    Standard Gassed: No change.

    Over Gassed: Pro: Fire rate. Con: Stability and accuracy.

    Magwell:

    No Attachment: Pro: ADS speed. Con: None.

    Flared Magwell: Pro: Reload Speed. Con: None.

    Magwell Grip: Pro: Hip fire recoil and hip fire accuracy. Con: None.

    Magazine:

    Small: Pro: Reload speed. Con: Ammo capacity.

    Standard: No change.

    Extended: Pro: Ammo capacity. Con: Reload speed.

    Coupled Magazine: Pro: Reload speed every other reload. Con: None.

    Drum Mag: Pro: Ammo Capacity. Con: Reload speed and ADS speed.

    Ammo:

    All Guns:

    Standard: No change.

    Armor Piercing: Additional penetration and damage to ground drones, vehicles and heavier armored troops.

    Hollow Point: Additional damage to lightly armored enemies and flying drones.

    Shotguns:

    Slugs: Solid projectile, high range and power, but no spread.

    All Rifle Caliber Weapons:

    Armor Piercing Incendiary: Armor piercing traits, and a small AoE damage effect.

    High Caliber Rifles;

    Explosive: Slightly less range, explosion on impact.

    Optic:

    This slot will be used for all optics, including standalone optics, optics with magnifiers, or optics with a reflex or canted sight with it.

    Rail:

    This slot will be used for lasers, flashlights, rangefinders and other rail attachments.

    Rail 2: (When applicable)

    This slot will be used for a second rail attachment. It can't be the same attachment as the primary rail. This rail will typically be mounted on the side.

    It will only be available on guns that could realistically have one. This would exclude many pistols and snipers, among other guns.

    Underbarrel:

    This slot will be used for any grip or launcher that will physically fit on the gun. There will be no more unrealistic restrictions.

    Grip 2: (When applicable)

    This slot will be available on guns with a long bottom rail, which will include almost all Assault Rifles, DMRs, Snipers, and LMGs.

    The only attachment available will be the bipod, and won't be available if the bipod is equipped in the first slot.

    Barrel Length:

    Short: Pro: ADS speed, mobility, and hip fire recoil. Con: Range, accuracy, and recoil.

    Compact: Pro: ADS speed, mobility, and hip fire recoil. Con: Range, accuracy, and recoil. Less extreme than the short barrel.

    Standard: No change

    Extended: Pro: Range, accuracy, and recoil buff. Con: ADS speed, mobility, and hipfire recoil. Less extreme than the long barrel.

    Long: Pro: Range, accuracy, and recoil buff. Con: ADS speed, mobility, and hipfire recoil.

    *Most options will change the length and/or style of the hand guard, especially on many assault rifles.

    Barrel Material:

    Carbon Fiber: Pro: ADS speed and mobility. Con: Sway.

    Standard: No change.

    Heavy Steel: Pro: Accuracy and sway. Con: ADS speed.

    Muzzle:

    This slot will be used for muzzle attachments, such as suppressors and other muzzle devices.

    ***Mks

    There will now be 10 upgrades needed to advance a Mk.

    Upgrades that enhance Accuracy and Mobility will give +2.

    When a weapon goes up a Mk, it will gain a perk slot.

    Examples of some of the perks you could equip are:

    Empty: No effect. Used to avoid potentially unrealistic stats.

    Breacher: +40 Mobility; +10% ADS speed; -55% Hip fire spread and recoil; +30% movement speed while hip firing.

    Marksman: +15% Accuracy; -25% recoil with semi-auto fire; +50% Lung capacity; +40% Spotting efficiency while aiming.

    Infiltration: -30% Sound signature; +3% Movement Speed; +20% swap speed; +10% Agility.

    Support: -20% recoil while crouched, prone, or in cover; +10% Reload speed; -70% Hip fire spread and recoil while prone; +20% Damage to vehicles.

    Upgraded Munitions: +10% range; +10% accuracy; +10% damage; +10% Penetration.

    Competition: +20% swap speed; +10% Reload speed, +15% ADS speed.

    Here we are, almost a full year after the game released, and we STILL cannot get the Skell's Last Log collectible before the cutscene for the mission, and the bunker is otherwise inaccessible. And the only response from Ubisoft since release has been "have you tried verifying your files?"

    How this has been unresolved this long is utterly baffling IMHO.

    The C clamp grip exists in the game. AI teammates use it. Can we please have Nomad hold the weapon in the same way?

    A few Cosmetic Suggestions for Ubisoft

    1). Introduce a skull mask bandana or balaclava(preferred option), similar to the ninja balaclava but with, well, skulls.

    2). Add perhaps a hood "helmet" or head accessory? It would be really cool to look like a drifting shade amongst the shadows of Auroa, donned in fully black attire and hunting your enemies without a noise or a whisper like the Ghost you are.

    3). Add a trenchcoat/cape hybrid second variant sort of like the Commissar Coat | Sharpshooter. Something more slick or thin perhaps?

    In the mean time I'll use this lol.

    Anyways, that's the end of my suggestion. Great game, I really enjoy it. Ubisoft did a great job making it and I think they don't deserve all the hate they get. A parting screenshot down below for your leisure! Have a good day/night.

    Would love it if breakpoint added in a radio effect to the game chat audio.

    The latest modern warfare added an option for radio effects to add more immersion into the gameplay, The effect of talking over radios sounds so badass but, its ubisoft.

    Plus I dont know why we cant heal online teamates, me and my mates play with all of the hardest settings so when one of us run out of supplies to heal with, we're sitting ducks and it breaks the immersion when I'm dying and my teammate has a bunch of healing syringes on him yet they cant do anything.

    Hi all. I've looked this up but I'm stumped. If I buy a blueprint from Maria's shop I get charged the Credits and then nothing happens. It's not in my inventory and it's not available to buy from her anymore. Do I need to go somewhere to craft it? Do I need to do something else? Please help. Thanks.

    They said in the road map we'd get an episode three called Transcendence... I'm just wondering if we'll be getting that or do they plan on bailing on the game as soon as Year 1 ends?
