    Before anyone asks, yes, she left because I "complained about breakpoint too much."

    I can't believe Ubi still hasn't fixed this game. I wrote them several extensive emails listing every bug, glitch, and thing I want, and even though a very nice intern named Mike said they would do EVERYTHING in their power to make things right I sit here unsatisfied.

    Yes, I will continue to dump hours of my life into this game, as is my prerogative. And yes, I will buy any and almost all dlc they release in the future for this game even if my demands are not met. And OF COURSE, I'm buying the sequel day one, but I won't be happy about any of it. Those doofuses will have me and my fellow community bros to deal with every day this game remains broken. If they think I can't jam a breakpoint meme into any meme template they have another thing coming.

    This is how a real Arcturus Ghost suit looks like. Ubisoft, why do you buy license to use it's name if you can't even make it look like it was supposed to? Can you rework it? (In game lacks hood for the example, and no ghillie wraps for weapons)

    (To start I love both games. I have been a huge fan of RECON since it was essentially Rainbow 6 but outside)

    So the year is 2017. People are playing Wildlands.

    The reception? Luke warm to vile hate met with heavy criticism.

    Community Complaints? Hate AI team, Helicopter controls are too wonky, can't customize AI team, Rebels and civilians get in the way, no PVP at launch, and my favorite the story doesn't appeal to my narrative since drug cartels aren't that powerful or backed by governments.

    It takes Ubisoft 2 years to remedy and "complete Wildlands". While the community circle jerks to Future Soldier.

    Community Complaints? Demands AI team, Helicopter controls are too simple, Rebels and civilians barely exist, PVP doesn't fit into the game, and the story doesn't appeal to my narrative since combatant drones don't exist and the governments aren't building them.

    Ubisoft takes 6 months and reverts their only real sin (other than garbage servers) that they can fix which is getting a mode that rids the stupid gear score.

    I get it. The franchise is not what it was when you were young.

    But will people PLEASE stop jerking to Wildlands pretending they loved it from the start...

    Y'all were hating on it back in 2017 and now it's the Belle of the Ball?!

    Seriously...

    At the beginning when I heard about the game I wasn't that interested after seeing that no one liked the game but two months ago I changed my opinion on the game with everything and if you have some people what like the game don't hesitate and play with them, it will change your experience a lot.

    Started playing mgsv again these days and I have to say that both games got a lot to learn from each other. First I'd like to say that GRB has better map design, but God this game was here for 5 years why didn't ubisoft try to mimic the gadgets system and the recruiting system in this one. Or Atleast do their own vision or version. Also who at ubisoft thought it's okay for all the missions to be the same?

    If on top of all those flashback cut scenes with Walker, there were levels to go with them like actually participating in the fight that saw Nomad shot, or the extraction of that guy they Torture. Perhaps the set up and exfil of the assassination of those soldiers with the sniper rifle when they talk about Stone. Just a neat idea that could have better explored Walker and Nomad's time in the middle east, and an opportunity to develop their relationship, making his death more powerful. Of course I can also see this as a real punch to the main campaign, as I imagine people would want to get back to the open world fast. Oh well maybe next game.

    We decided to take another spin on the classic indoor base Battery Farm but with Shotgun only, can't highlight enough how awesome the shotgun in this game is. Compared to other games where 10m distance=80% reduced damage, at least this game does it right.

    could anyone explain why breakpoint is making my rtx 2080ti temp run and 74-75 degrees? all the other games i play run at a temp of 50-60. i built a beefy computer to play these games and i always have the settings set to max so there shouldnt be any reason for it to but that high or is that temp normal?

    Which knives make the animation change?

    Just recently noticed that when I switched to the karambit, the melee takedown animation changed. What are the knives that change the animation? (Talking about knives, not the terrain variation, that I know). Am I right in thinking there is only one main variation between knives, it being the "straight" knife animation set and the "curved knife" set ?
