I strongly feel that Ubisoft should add cover takedowns to Breakpoint. It would make stealth infils go smoother.

Let me know what you guys think.

[Suggestion] Add a whistling ability to Breakpoint.

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 01:08 PM PDT

One of the most efficient ways of dispatching enemies is to stealth takedown them while you are hiding in some foliage. Unfortunately actually getting them to your position is less than ideal. I've found that using a Diversion Lure tends to work in getting at least one enemy close enough, and I realized it seemed self-defeating to drop an (harmless) explosive device right at your feet just to lure a nearby enemy.

Then I remembered that you could whistle in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and the Xbox version of Splinter Cell: Double Agent, which was an extremely useful ability in dividing enemies, either to whittle down they're numbers or heading towards an objective.

The initial reveal of Breakpoint have the impression that the player character would be under equipped and pushed to they're limit, and having a very basic tactical ability from a previous Tom Clancy title doesn't seem very unreasonable.

Side Note: the Diversion Lure could use some tweaking.

Are we still gonna get an actual desert island biome?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 04:42 PM PDT

The game trailer said it had everything from jungles, tundra to arid deserts. The game hardly has any arid area thats not just a small area of a dirt mountain that leads into snow or a forest. So do you think they will add that desert island as a story expansion now that the raid is done for? I mean our desert camos aren't super useful on the current map. And then again I prefer arid environment over constant jungles and forests.

    I just love it.

I just LOVE how in Wildlands we can put our weapons away on our backs. But on fucking BREAKPOINT, we can't. You just have to hold the gun forever. Is our character's hands/arms even tired!?

Why Is There A Notion That Wildlands has Better Customisation?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 07:12 PM PDT

I mean I know why; it does, but a simple count of options shows that Breakpoint exceeds in quantity of options in Vests, Handwear, Boots, and Headsets. I don't know why people expected a game in develop for less than 2 years would have more or as much customisation options as a game in development for 5 years, with and extra 2 years of support. The only time it will be fair to compare the amount of options for customisation will be 5 years after they started development on Breakpoint, and we would only be allowed to compare it to the options Wildlands had at launch.

Should I wait for immersive mode?

    Posted: 22 Mar 2020 12:44 PM PDT

Bought the game today for 20 buckles. And the immersive mode is coming.

    I liked Wildlands a lot.

Should I wait to play the game in immersive mode and wait till 24th or should can i start in regular mode?

Wat would you do in my situation?
