Breakpoint has improved a lot since launch Posted: 03 Mar 2021 11:57 AM PST I played the private betas, gave tons of feedback, played the game when it came out and I was disappointed. There were lots of bugs, missing features compared to Wildlands, and I had the constant feeling that I was playing a product that wasn't finished I came back a few days ago and this game is completely different. It feels much more polished in every single way, performance is much better, AI is smarter, there are tons of improvements here and there that really make a difference and I love the fact that you can customize features in the game to your like. Honestly I am surprised of good this game has become and I am excited for year 2. For me, the game was a 6 out 10 before, now it's a 8.5 or 9 out of 10 Congrats to Ubisoft Paris for redeem themselves by improving this game Thanks for reading [link] [comments]

Ghost Recon Wildlands Year 2 Gold Edition Contents Posted: 03 Mar 2021 03:42 PM PST I recently bought the Ghost Recon Wildlands 'Year 2 Gold Edition', however all of the DLC were still available to purchase. I went to look to see if I could buy the 'Ultimate Edition' but instead it just says 'download'. Do I own the ultimate edition as well? I checked on the ubisoft website and it said that the 'Year 2 Gold Edition' only contained the game and the year 2 pass. Can someone please let me know what's going on, and if I have all the DLC? Thanks [link] [comments]
How long are the Ghost Recon Breakpoint DLCs? Posted: 03 Mar 2021 11:13 AM PST I was just wondering how long the DLCs are from the Year 1 Pass as I'm thinking about picking it up. [link] [comments]

Interested to know your more casual Breakpoint outfits. Posted: 03 Mar 2021 07:47 AM PST In Wildlands I never felt entirely immersed wearing combat gear and multicam because we're (loosely speaking) supposed to blend in with the civilian population. Student backpacker style and concealable weapons won the day. In Breakpoint's openly hostile environment I can't seem to get comfortable without looking like a Zero Dark Thirty extra; I'm so bored of G3 Assault Shirts and Vasily Pants. So, I'd love to see or discuss the pieces you've all managed to throw together that don't look quite as formal, without looking absurd. What gets overlooked, what are some color mixes for Spring/Summer 2021 on Auroa? Thanks! [link] [comments]

Contextual Storytelling using weapons and equipment Posted: 03 Mar 2021 03:53 PM PST The factions on Auroa are very one dimensional, other than some backstory you really can't tell the difference between the two. It would be a great idea to give some depth to the factions in the way of visual differences and tie in some of the lore of Auroa. The Homesteaders are some rough people living off the land and a lot of them are former military. Their equipment and weapons should reflect that: scoped sporting rifles, hunting shotguns, hunting vests and whatever military surplus they could scavenge out of the abandoned military bases. It would be a visual reminder that the Homesteaders are purely in this fight to protect themselves and aren't equipped to take on Sentinel alone. The Outcasts wouldn't have the luxury of stockpiled weaponry. Instead the outcasts would have to use the advanced technology on the island to 3D print firearms and connections with former co-workers to steal equipment from sentinel stockpiles. While wearing sentinel equipment putcasts could be giving red arm bands or paint the equipment red (the color of "outcast" vehicles) to tell themselves apart from sentinel mercs. What do y'all think of the idea? Is it necessary or would it overcomplicate things for the devs? [link] [comments] |
