Still can’t purchase MK 2 explosives. Fully unlocked perk tree. I reported this week one and it was supposed to be fixed this patch. FFS.

This is a major issue, especially if you ever play without laser sights and with HUD off. Hopeful this will see a fix ASAP.

Soooo. . . they throw grenades now.

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 06:21 PM PST

I haven't played for about a week and got on today, and to my unfortunate surprise i get almost blown up by not one not two but 3 grenades. I appriciate the feature but good lord.

The good about 1.0.3. Thank you for shoulder swap in cover, should have been like that at launch. But the new peeking and leaning is awesome. Kudos for that devs at Ubisoft!

The update is feeling pretty good!!

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 04:11 AM PST

Been messing around in my usual AM Faction shenanigans and the changes brought feel pretty good.

Above all else, the daily Faction Cap has been removed!! Shoutout to /u/Jlinz_20 for pointing this out in a Post earlier on the Subreddit.

The first thing I noticed is that your last used vehicle remains in your Bivouac queue. Although a small change, it's a welcome one. I don't have to go and select my Overseer MK2 every time now.

While trying to steal the Hardware Truck from the Drone Station at Whaler's Bay this morning, I noticed that Enemies now throw grenades!! This was a surprise since I'm so used to mowing everything down with relative ease. Now the AI makes you scramble if you get too agro on it. While the AI is still it's usual silly self (you can still lure enemies into chokepoints) it's great to see a subtle addition that changes combat up. It sounds like they added in a few new death screams as well.

Speaking of sounds, the Lock on Reticule for Choppers now gives off that beep, and the Trains that pass by now sound off that horn we're all accustomed to IRL (Not sure if this was in before but it's beyond noticeable now).

Animals besides Birds now drop their Proteins. Not a big deal, but it's great to see that fixed.

For all of us completionist whores out there, the World Map percentage ticker was fixed. It's nice to see 94.47% instead of the bugged 4.11%. Thank goodness!!

These are just a few things that I noticed. Here's hoping that future updates will continue to improve on the solid foundation that Breakpoint offers us. I'm stoked!!

Bases with breachable fences should have less entry points

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 06:45 AM PST

It makes no sense for you to give us a tool that is for the most part useless even in situations where it is applicable. Why would I breach the fence when there's an open doorway 5 feet away?

Does anyone else miss having Blackhawks to fly around in? Not sure why but something about the profile of a Blackhawk always made flying one fun for me.

    Sprint in ghost war

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 01:55 PM PST

I like the extra sprint when it comes to PvE, but in PvP, you can now sprint across the whole map without needing to stop. This is going to encourage rushing like never before, and kills the tactical play style this game brings. It's going to make it play more like call of duty than a ghost recon game. You can literally sprint 2-3 times further after the update. People are going to also abuse the sprint in circles or zig zag motions, especially when they lagging, to destroy you before you even land a shot

    Spray paint weapon camo

Hey ubi just wondering if we could possibly see a more realistic collection of camos such as spray paint? Would really love to see its implementation as seen in mw.

It’s 1 weapon realism or not.

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 11:42 AM PST

I read a book about a danish special forces guy. They where deployed behind enemy line in Afghanistan, Iraq and so on, just like ghost recon. He had a DMR and a sawed off shotgun when he deployed. Shotgun for locks and stuff or if needed close quarter gunfights.

One of his friends had a assault rifle and a smg. The only one that didn't had 2 weapons was their sniper, he had his pointer next to him for defense and he was equipped with assault rifle and a smaller bazooka type of weapon. Seen people saying it's realism to have 1 weapon but it's not, not according to those special ops. I agree it would be great to have a option to have only 1 weapon if you want. So can someone explain to me from where 1 weapon is realism for operators or what it is called comes from.

Also backpacks, they all had backpacks so I'm scratching my head when reading about no backpack and 1 weapon is realism. Need some explanation if that is a thing. Myself would never deploy if I where a soldier with 1 weapon. Why would I want to do that, what if my weapon stop working or I make a mistake when parachuting so I loose it. It happens. I would not like to run around with a handgun only behind enemy lines.

Opheis II No more lock on

    Posted: 12 Nov 2019 11:33 AM PST

Did they remove the lock on capabilities of the Opheis II? That was the only reason I spent 40k Skell Credits on it...
