    So I made a Firefighter Loadout on GR:B I might switch the tan for Black but this was the best I would do with limited resources to make the kit!

    Concept for a FOB system

    The next Ghost Recon could have small FOBs (Forward Operating Base) maybe 2-4 per region, similar to control points in The Division 2 or rebel safe houses in Wildlands, this will not replace the dedicated enemy bases. These FOBs can be used for resupply, fast travel and vehicles spawning but just like control points in DIV 2, the enemy can take them back from the player, thus the ghosts and their local friendly forces (militia/rebel group) must attack or defend the FOBs. Similar to faction missions in Breakpoint, the system will select a friendly controlled FOB/FOBs to be taken by the enemy or become under attack, this will be selected daily as long as the host of the session has captured it before.

    The ghosts can take a hand no or hand off approach when capturing FOBs

    E.g 1: set up an overwatch position overlooking the base then signal friendly forces to attack, take out enemies in the base and also repelling the enemy counter attack.

    E.g 2: quietly infiltrate the FOB, disabling enemy communications and mortar emplacements, then signal friendly forces to assault the FOB.

    This will add additional replayability to the game and could offer a new experience. would like to see feedback from the community and Ubisoft.

    Visual Palettes Need An Upgrade

    I don't know if this would be hard to implement but I think the game's visual palettes need an upgrade.

    Firstly, I think we need more visual palette slots. I often find myself sacrificing outfits that I'd love to keep in order to make new outfits. More palettes would be a godsend as I love the immersion that the customisation brings.

    Another thing that would be great would be custom names for visual palettes (especially if more were added), just to make switching outfits a bit quicker.

    I'm not sure if this has been mentioned much, personally I haven't seen anyone talking about it, but I'd love to see these changes in the future.

    Ideas for new GR

    So a few of us got together and started up a conversation about things that we would enjoy seeing in a new GR game. Now I apologize if this topic has been overly discussed as I am new to this subreddit, but just thought I would list a few things and would enjoy seeing what the community thinks. Now we play strictly MILSIM so keep that in mind.

    1. Mission Creator (the ability to set up and define mission requirements) We literally had a 2 hour discussion about this but I thought I would condense it.
    2. Populated buildings (better room clearing)
    3. Door Breaching
    4. Larger Squads (6-8 player)
    5. Defined Squad roles (Squad leader, controller, breacher, medic..etc) and each class has equipment associated with their role in the squad.
    6. Ability to have air assets, AI extractions
    7. Deeper loadouts (backpack loadouts, number of flashbangs, smoke and magazines. Similar to Arma loadouts)

    These are just things we got on a role with and I am by no means an expert with game development and i understand that the game has to satisfy both casual gamers as well as those who enjoy the MILSIM approach but how fun would that game be!

    I love the game, but my god are they slow to update and add content. Each time they do I get something new for a couple hours then it's months to see what's coming next.

    Like at least start giving out daily missions that are interesting, not the same thing over and over. Give a gun here and there as a reward. I'm bored lol.

    Anyone know of anything coming up soon?

    Differences between OTT's and final game release and now.

    This is more of a discussion post. I remember when I did the Online Technical Tests 1+2, there were a few differences that never made the final game. I can't remember them all, but a few that stuck with me were the C-SFP was called the XD9 which it's modeled after, and the the Downcurve Glasses were called Gatorz Magnums, which they're also modeled after. I can't really recall any more, were there any differences you remember?

    I'm going to be honest with y'all the first person mode nullifies the incentive to customize your character, why the hell should I be spending time to customize my character when you can't even see him/her in the first place it make no sense

    Got hated by FPS fans xD

    ...because I shared my opinion that FPS in GR doesn't make much sense. We got it in older games, it got changed for a reason, probably financial. Without 3PS GR would be another game like CoD or Battlefields. We already have weird, immersion breaking/damaging cosmetics and mechanics that are not very fitting, and imho we don't need to make this series even more generic and "trendy". There's plenty of games like that: Zero Hour, Ground Branch, Arma, Escape From Tarkov, Squad, Insurgency Sandstorm, R6 Siege, even Far Cry series, to add a few.

    There were voices that this could be an option like GTAV or RDR and I dont have nothing against additional features, but honestly I would prefer Ubisoft to focus on more gameplay impacting stuff to make Ghosts better tactical game with high realism than another competitive PVP shooter. And hopefully Ubi will not go for FPS since this will make this game even less noticeable, 3PS make it alternative from the typical shooters flooding the scene right now.
