    Welcome to Ghost Recon Breakpoint in 2020. Some of you are with us from launch, others recently joined over the holidays. To kick off our new theme weeks which were already mentioned [here](), we start with the basics: How to get better in Breakpoint.

    Share your best tips, guides and experiences with the community. Doesn't matter if it's a text post, a video or maybe a link to your "I am the best Breakpoint player and here is why"-blog, this week we want it all.

    If you make a post (or a comment) that you find worthy, link it in this topic. At the end of the week we will have a voting about which one was the best post (and comment) of the week. This is a test week to see how you guys like and participate. We hope to bring back some healthy discussions to the subreddit after all the hate.

    Sure hope there is a post from Ubisoft this coming week. I know it's the holidays and some people are still on vacation - but damn, this game needs some reassurance that updates are coming soon, not later.

    I really dont want to read a "Title Update in February" bullshit.

    If that's so, I believe we need to see a roadmap of what specific features are being added and when.

    Not some ridiculous calendar that states "Mid-Feb. Title Update insert number here " those post do not help at all.

    Auto-Spawn Vehicles after Fast Travel

    I think it would be a massive QOL improvement if your default or last used vehicle auto-spawned after you warp to a bivouac. It would save me a fair amount of time going into the bivouac every time just by having my helicopter or car there. In Wildlands it was never a problem to just drive to the next mission, but some of these missions are spread across a solid 15km going back and forth after you talk to one person it's kind of annoying to go through the whole sequence every time.

    Yes, it has its flaws. Yes, it should have been released in a more polished state. Personally, I don't like that they tried to slam Division and Wildlands together to see what happens. But it's playable. Get a good group, and you can have some fun. However, repeating the ubiquitous "this game is hot garbage" ad nauseum doesn't help anyone or anything. I just came back to this sub after a long while, but I feel like these posts have been going on for quite some time. Make your "this game sucks" post for free upvotes... sigh

    Take a look at No Man's Sky. I played it on launch day and refunded. I bought it a year later for $20 in a Steam sale, and got twice the game I had at launch. Now look at what it's become. People actually enjoy it. Some games may have a rocky start, but they can become good, if you stop parroting useless spam. I don't think most people on this sub could survive an Egosoft game.

    I'm about halfway through the main story in breakpoint. Not sure if an update happened or what, but I can't see any story missions on the world map. Everything on the objectives board is grayed out also. What can/should I do?

    Wuestion about wildlands

    So i want to start a new game but i was wondering, i got the demios crossbow from a crate and i want to know if it will carry over to a new game? Also will stuff i got on the ubisoft club carry over? I.E. the ghost recon future soldier pack

    Nerf the Bullpup PDR for Ghost War

    The Bullpup PDR is ridiculously good in any situation. Being a SMG it should be viable at close to medium ranges, but this thing shreds from any distance and is a laser. Little to no recoil with the high damage output let's it outgun nearly every gun in the game. Also, with the sprint shit going on right now, every team is running PDRs and sprinting around until they melt you. I did some calculations for the DPS on a bunch of SMGs and ARs and they are as follows. This is Ghost War gun stats BTW.

    PDR- 413 dps MP5- 387 dps UMP- 280 dps Vector- 480 dps P90- 420 dps Mp7- 364 dps SN-9mm- 327 dps

    Ak47- 320 dps Mk17-275 dps M4- 428 dps VHSD2- 338 dps

    I was surprised to see that the PDR didn't have the highest DPS out of everything tested, but after playing a few rounds with it I figured it out. The vector and the M4 are the only ones that outgun it in damage per second. However, the vector is not viable at medium range. It's bullet velocity and recoil make it harder to hit further/moving targets (you already know they running). The M4 is an assault rifle so it should excel at nearly any range. But here again it kicks a little so it's harder to control. The PDR has no kick, categorized as a SMG so it has a higher mobility, assault rifle caliber rounds so the bullet velocity is higher making moving targets easier to hit, a high DPS resulting from a ridiculous fire rate of 800 with 31 damage per shot.

    Nerf the Bullpup. 90% of players are running it, and it ruins the experience for players who like to use other weapons. For no reason should we feel pressured to use a certain gun because we are a major disadvantage if you don't have this in your loadout.

    And fix the damn sprinting. Out of my 20 years playing shooters, I've never seen people run in circles around each other not shooting. They just run, run, and run until someone stops to shoot, then the guy still running just aim assist melts a non moving target with a PDR. The guy who stopped can't hit shit because they run 20 MPH and aim assist is complete shit when people are sprinting
